​A one-time onboarding fee covers setup, system integration, and workflow documentation. After that, billing is month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. There is no minimum contract term.

2 / How quickly can we start?

Most clients are operational within 5–7 business days of signing. We handle system access, workflow documentation, escalation rules, and a live practice session before go-live.

3 / What if I need to scale up or change roles?

Scope changes happen on a rolling basis. Adding hours, upgrading a role, or swapping a function can typically be implemented within one billing cycle. Book a call and we'll map out what that looks like for your situation.

4 / Do I have to pay taxes or workers comp?
