A 45-minute call with your engineering lead or project manager. We map the deliverable type, the exact software stack, the file standards you follow, the time zone requirements, and the level of autonomy the role requires. No intake forms. Real conversation.

SOURCING & VETTING
Jenny draws from a qualified network in Serbia, South Africa, India, Vietnam, and the Philippines. We screen for your exact tools, study types, and deliverable format. Every candidate completes a technical exercise before we present them. You review two to three vetted candidates and pick.

What engineering firms ask first.
Do I need to provide software licenses for the offshore designer?
In most cases, yes — the offshore designer works under your firm's software licenses or their own where available. We discuss this in the discovery call and map it per role. AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam are typically under your firm license. ETAP and STAAD Pro depend on your specific setup.
Can an offshore designer work with a US PE for stamp review?
Yes — that is the standard model. The offshore designer produces the drawings and calculation packages. Your US-licensed PE or EOR reviews, verifies, and stamps. Jenny does not replace your licensed engineer. We remove the production burden below them.
What time zone do the candidates work in?
It depends on the candidate and what you need. Candidates in Serbia and South Africa (UTC+1 to UTC+2) offer the best overlap for PT hours — afternoon their time lines up with morning PT. Candidates in India, Vietnam, and the Philippines typically work an overnight PT-aligned schedule. We match time zone to your requirements in the discovery call.
What if the placed candidate is not working out?
Jenny manages the engagement. If performance is not meeting your standards, we flag it early, address it directly with the candidate, and replace if needed. There is no additional placement fee for replacements within the engagement period.
Do you also place back-office and operations staff?
Yes — that is Jenny's original market. Virtual assistants, operations managers, customer support reps, bookkeepers, and outbound sales reps for trades businesses and small companies.
