Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using jennyhelps.com (the "Site") or engaging any services provided by Provident Ventures LLC, doing business as Jenny LLC ("Jenny," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
1. About Jenny LLC
Jenny LLC is a remote staffing and managed operations company that connects businesses with trained remote professionals for back-office operations, administrative support, customer communications, and skilled technical roles. Jenny LLC is a trade name of Provident Ventures LLC, a California limited liability company located in Reno, Nevada.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Jenny LLC provides remote staffing and managed operations services to businesses. Specific services, deliverables, pricing, terms, and conditions for any active engagement are governed by the service agreement or statement of work entered into between Jenny LLC and the client.
Information presented on the Site regarding services, pricing, and timelines is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee. Actual service terms are established through a written service agreement.
Jenny LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any person or entity at our sole discretion.
4. Inquiry Submissions and Communications
By submitting an inquiry form on the Site, you authorize Jenny LLC to contact you using the contact information you provide, including by email, phone, and SMS text message, for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing information about our services. Message and data rates may apply to SMS communications.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contractual obligation on the part of either party. No service agreement exists until a written agreement has been executed by both parties.
5. Intellectual Property

Jenny LLC's name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Provident Ventures LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent, except as follows: you may view and print a single copy of any page on the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
6. User-Submitted Content
If you submit content to us through the Site, including but not limited to inquiry forms, messages, or feedback, you grant Jenny LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating our business and responding to your inquiry. You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JENNY LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF JENNY LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL JENNY LLC'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO JENNY LLC IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jenny LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Jenny LLC at support@jennyhelps.com and providing a written description of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.
13. Modifications to the Site and Terms
Jenny LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any portion of it at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreement you enter into with Jenny LLC, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jenny LLC regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Jenny LLC's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
